Your core is important for everything you do, from running, to lifting, and even your everyday activities. This is one of my favorite core workouts for days when I’m working on endurance, or even on a day when core is all I have time for. Do two sets, and if you can get all the way through it, try doing a third set!
10 Push-ups to side plank (5 each side and hold 15 seconds)
45 Second center plank
30 Russian Twists (15 each side)
25 Inverted (hanging) Sit-ups
