My name is Georgia Turnipseed, and this e-book is an introductory trainer I put together with the help of Ashley Horner and my mom. I love working-out and being active. The gym has helped me out with gymnastics and it feels amazing to be able to do things that most other people won’t even try. Starting with a beginning trainer is important if you are new to working with weights because, just like when you start any other sport, you start with the basics and build from there.
This trainer will introduce you to working specific muscle groups, working in splits, and help you begin to build your endurance. Most importantly it will also help you build your mobility and flexibility, which will help you perform at your best and keep you from getting injured.
