Creating A Miracle is a 9 month trainer that takes you through all three trimesters each day to keep you fit, motivated, and most importantly healthy. Workouts will vary from day to day from total body toning and sculpting to strength training and body weight exercises. You will also be incorporating low to moderate intensity cardio throughout the 9 months along with a healthy strength training regimen.
