Addison Frisbee began dancing at age 3 and was selected to preform in the nutcracker at age 8. She then transitioned to gymnastics, where she won state titles on the balance beam and uneven bars, and became a regional balance beam champion in 2016. Addison also started CrossFit Kids when she was 8, and last July she began Olympic Lifting. 2 months later she had her first Olympic meet and qualified for nationals on. She loved it so much that she decided to make it her focus instead of gymnastics.
Suut Jamianpurev has been working out since he was two years old. He likes to run, bike, and swim, and his profile is full of some great motivation to get outside and out fo the gym. Suut is constantly progressing his skills. Working to get the next level by moving from things likw regular push-ups, to diamonds, and then on to clapping push-ups. Suut also has his yellow belt in Judo, and he says he likes to work out because he wants to stay fit and healthy. Suut hopes by posting about his exercise, he can help be role model for other kids.
Kendall Avery Torrens started gymnastics at the young age of 5. She excelled instantly, and was quickly asked to join a team level class. In just three short years, Kendall worked her way up from level 1 to level 6, and now at age 8 she is starting her first optional season. Kendall trains 5 days a week with hours of conditioning and practice, all while going to school at the gym, and she wouldn’t have it any other way. Her coaches, her teammates, and her gym are everything, and she knows that one day dreams will become a reality.
London Williams is 12 years old and does Olympic Lifting, CrossFit, and plays Basketball on her Junior high team. London started CrossFit just 12 months ago, and began weightlifting last summer. This past October, she won her first CrossFit and weightlifting competitions! Now her goals are even bigger: London’s working toward one day competing in the CrossFit Games and the Olympics.
Jake Payne is ten years old. His favorite sport is baseball, but he also loves CrossFit, and recently joined his box’s barbell club, with plans to start competing in weightlifting. Jake says he loves the feeling he gets from being active and meeting new people. Right now he trains CrossFit four times a week, and prefers to train in the morning so he always knows he can get it in for the day
